We all love a warm, creamy, savory dip with salty chips. And many people making dietary changes feel like they will never be able to enjoy those kinds of foods ever again. But this is not the case! You just have to get a bit creative or use a recipe like this one, and you’re set to enjoy a delicious gluten, dairy, (even soy and egg free option) Spinach Artichoke Dip!
In a square glass baking dish mix:
-Mayo (preferably avocado oil based or use a vegan or soy free option like Follow Your Heart Veganase)
-Dairy Free Cream Cheese (Kite Hill is my favorite)
-Marinated artichokes
-Frozen organic chopped spinach
-Sweet onion
-Salt
-Cracked Pepper
-Fresh Garlic
-Dairy Free Mozzarella shreds (VioLife brand is my favorite)
Bake at 225 degrees for 30-40 minutes and then broil for a few minutes to crisp the top. Enjoy with organic corn chips or toasted gluten free french baguette slices!
