- Q: How long is membership?
- A: Keri - 12 months. Nurse Practitioner team - 6 or 12 months.
- Q: What happens if I have questions between appointments?
- A: You will now have the flexibility to directly message your practitioner if you are active! Otherwise you can reach out to the office just like you do now.
- Q: What if I need a protocol change?
- A: That’s great! We now have the flexibility to adjust things as we need to, and we can make protocol changes without having to wait for your next follow-up appointment.
- Q: Will I always be an active patient?
- A: No, our goal is to set you up for success so that you can graduate to our maintenance options. This will be discussed with your practitioner.
